These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.EMAGCY is operated by MPCY Electronics Solution Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 363627.By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability displayed on EMAGCY are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may occasionally differ slightly from the actual product, including packaging, colour or other non-essential details.
All orders are subject to product availability.If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).The final amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, technical or typographical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

4. Orders

Placing an order through EMAGCY constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing your order information.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched unless EMAGCY expressly agrees otherwise.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
EMAGCY does not store complete payment card details on its own systems where payment processing is handled by such providers.

6. Delivery

EMAGCY currently delivers within Cyprus.Our standard delivery charges are:Orders below €100: €5 delivery charge
Orders of €100 or more: Free standard deliveryEstimated delivery time is generally 1–5 business days, depending on the product, order availability and delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
The applicable delivery method and cost will be shown before the order is submitted.

7. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the goods are received, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform EMAGCY of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Simply returning a product without communicating your decision to withdraw may not be sufficient to exercise the legal right of withdrawal.After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
Certain products or circumstances may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

8. Condition of Returned Products

During the withdrawal period, customers may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to the examination that would normally be possible in a physical shop.
Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such examination, where permitted by applicable law.
Where possible, products should be returned with their original accessories, manuals and other items supplied with the product.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Where a customer exercises the 14-day right of withdrawal because they have changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed by EMAGCY or required by law.
Different rules may apply where a product is defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. In such circumstances, customers should contact EMAGCY before arranging a return.

10. Refunds

When a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, EMAGCY will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This generally includes payments received from the customer and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original purchase.
Additional delivery costs resulting from a customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not required to be refunded.
A refund may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law.

11. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
For new goods sold to consumers, applicable EU/Cyprus consumer rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee against goods that are faulty or do not conform to what was agreed or advertised.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair or replacement without charge, a price reduction or refund.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version available when the order was placed.The latest version will be published on this page together with its update date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution rights provided by Cyprus or European Union law.
