You may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Products should be returned with all supplied accessories, manuals and other included items. You may inspect the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that they have been sent back, as permitted by applicable law.

Contact us at info@emagcy.com and clearly inform us that you wish to return your order. Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

Prepare your item
Pack the product securely and include all supplied accessories, manuals and other items received with the product, where applicable.

Return the item
Follow the return instructions provided by our team. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost, unless otherwise required by law.

Inspection & refund
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law.
Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to your order, please contact us at info@emagcy.com before returning it. These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Important Return Information
The 14-day right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should not be handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any diminished value resulting from excessive handling may be taken into account where permitted by law.
