Description
Ajax EN54 FireProtect Sounder VAD Red Cyprus – in stock at EMAGCY in Limassol, with free same-day delivery and professional installation available.
The red Ajax EN54 FireProtect (Sounder/VAD) Jeweller warns people with sound and light at the same time. A certified sounder delivers up to 100 dB, while the visual alarm device flashes its LED frame, so nobody misses a fire alarm – not in a noisy kitchen, not in a bar with loud music and not people with hearing loss. The classic fire-alarm red makes it instantly recognisable as fire safety equipment.
In short – Ajax EN54 FireProtect Sounder VAD Red Cyprus: wireless fire alarm sounder and strobe, EN 54-3 and EN 54-23, up to 100 dB, 32 tones, flashing LED frame, IP54, up to 1,700 m radio range, up to 5 years battery life, in Red.
Ajax EN54 FireProtect Sounder VAD Red Cyprus: key features
Audible and visual alarm together
One device replaces a separate siren and beacon. The EN 54-3 sounder and EN 54-23 visual alarm device activate together during a fire alarm, reducing the number of devices to buy, install and maintain.
Loud and synchronised
With 32 tones and volumes up to 100 dB at 1 metre, the sound can be adapted to each area in the Ajax app. Every sounder on the same EN54 Fire Hub sounds in sync for a clear, consistent evacuation signal.
Visible warning for everyone
The LED frame flashes every two seconds (0.5 Hz). People with hearing impairments, workers wearing ear protection and guests in loud venues still get a clear warning – an important step towards inclusive fire safety.
Red for instant recognition
Red is the traditional colour of fire alarm equipment. Staff and visitors recognise the device immediately, which is why red sounders are a common choice for corridors, stairwells and exits.
Ready for indoor and outdoor areas
IP54 protection allows installation inside the building and in covered outdoor areas such as terraces, car parks and service yards.
Long-lasting wireless operation
Jeweller radio connects to the control panel or a range extender up to 1,700 m away in open space. Four preinstalled CR123A batteries last up to 5 years and can be changed without tools.
Secure installation
- Ceiling mounting up to 3 m, wall mounting up to 2.4 m
- SmartBracket with a lock that needs a special tool
- Tamper alarm and device authentication
- Built-in test for sound and light

Ajax EN54 FireProtect Sounder VAD Red Cyprus: frequently asked questions
Why choose a sounder with a strobe?
A strobe adds a visual warning to the sound. It helps in noisy places and for people with hearing loss, and it is often required in public buildings.
Is it different from the black version?
No. Both colours have the same technology and certification. Red is the classic fire alarm colour; black suits modern dark interiors.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Yes. It is IP54 rated for indoor use and covered outdoor areas.
Does it work with my existing Ajax Hub?
It belongs to the Ajax EN54 fire line and works with the Ajax EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller. Send us your hub model on WhatsApp and we will check compatibility.
