The Ajax EN54 FireProtect (Heat) Jeweller is a wireless, addressable heat detector from the Ajax EN54 fire line. It detects a rapid temperature rise or a fixed high temperature, sends the alarm to the control panel in about 3 seconds, and is certified to the European fire alarm standards EN 54-5 and EN 54-25. No cables and no drilling through walls – installation takes only minutes.

In short – Ajax EN54 FireProtect Heat Cyprus: certified EN 54-5 wireless heat detector, rate-of-rise and fixed temperature detection, up to 1,700 m radio range, up to 5 years battery life, for the Ajax EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller.

Ajax EN54 FireProtect Heat Cyprus: key features

Rate-of-rise and fixed temperature detection

Two built-in thermistors react to a rapid increase in temperature or to a set temperature being exceeded. The heat class (A1R, A1S, BR, BS, CR or CS for EN 54 compliance) is selected in the Ajax app, so the detector can be adapted to each room.

Built for places where smoke detectors don’t suit

Heat detection is the right choice for kitchens, boiler rooms, garages, workshops and dusty areas. In these rooms steam, cooking fumes or dust would cause false alarms with a smoke detector.

Wireless Jeweller radio up to 1,700 m

Two-way encrypted Jeweller communication with frequency hopping reaches the control panel or a repeater up to 1,700 m away in open space. The alarm is delivered in about 3 seconds.

Self-diagnostics and tamper alarm

The detector checks itself automatically, reports faults and low battery in the Ajax app, and raises a tamper alarm if it is removed from its mount.

Fast installation and easy maintenance

• SmartBracket mounting without opening the housing – about 5 minutes per detector
• Batteries preinstalled, detector added by scanning a QR code
• Compatible with test aerosol tools such as Solo 332
• Batteries can be replaced without tools
